Technical Buyer

Oilserv Limited is seeking a Technical Buyer to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for technical materials, equipment, and services required for Oil & Gas projects in Port Harcourt.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue requests for quotation
• Evaluate supplier offers and negotiate prices and terms
• Raise purchase orders in line with company policies and project specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, logistics, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate records and support audit and compliance requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery or quality issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/HND degree (Engineering, Management or Social Sciences)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement function
