Technical & Commercial Supervisor

A reputable Oil & Gas company is seeking an experienced Technical & Commercial Supervisor to support business growth, strengthen client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive strategic initiatives. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing tenders, and delivering value-driven solutions for clients in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and account management activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Lead technical and commercial bid preparation and tender submissions.
• Review RFQs, ITTs, and ensure proposals meet client requirements.
• Provide technical support and develop tailored client solutions.
• Engage OEMs and strategic partners to enhance service offerings.
• Support project planning, execution, resource utilization, and risk management.
• Monitor project performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Support strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and organizational development.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 5 years' experience in technical sales, engineering, project management, operations, or business development.
• Proven experience working with IOCs and EPC contractors.
• Strong experience in tendering, proposal development, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, business development, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary ₦1,500,000 – ₦2,000,000 Net Monthly
