HR Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with department heads and communicate HR policies effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, Nigerian Labour Law, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and execution skills
