Finance Specialist

Role Overview

Data2Bots is seeking a strategic and proactive Finance Specialist to manage financial activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, guide budget planning, and provide critical insights to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures
• Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and processes
• Conduct financial and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate business initiatives
• Monitor key financial KPIs and operational metrics
• Support the annual budgeting process, including guidelines and department coordination
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to the finance team
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants on audits and filings
• Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Must reside in Abuja and be available for hybrid work
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or ACCA) preferred
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and analysis (IT industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and data interpretation
• Advanced knowledge of financial software (ERP systems, Excel, reporting software)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality

Salary ₦300,000 monthly
