Head of Human Resources (Head HR)

We're seeking an experienced, strategic Head of HR to lead our entire HR function and build a high-performance organization. You'll drive talent acquisition, culture development, performance management, compensation, and compliance across the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy and workforce planning
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives
• Manage performance management and learning & development programmes
• Foster employee relations, engagement, and culture
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and labor law compliance
• Create HR policies and metrics reporting
• Partner with department heads on talent needs

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading HR functions in a growing organization
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification (preferred)

Salary

₦800,000 – ₦1,500,000 gross per month
