About the role

Marketing & Sales Expert

Oasis Management Company is seeking a Marketing & Sales Expert to drive new business development, manage client relationships, and support business analysis initiatives across their enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales & Sales Management:

  • Initiate and prospect new projects, prepare proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate with clients and close deals across all Oasis Enterprise solutions
  • Support the selling of retail products and services
  • Set sales targets and develop strategy to achieve them
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, requirements, potential, and financials
  • Manage proposal development process and maintain timelines
  • Develop winning proposals based on team discussions
  • Maintain business development databases and sales documentation
  • Negotiate and close new business deals; obtain purchase orders or award letters
  • Protect organizational information confidentiality

Business Requirements Analyst:

  • Write business plans and proposals
  • Conduct research to obtain factual information for business opportunities
  • Initiate budgetary and planning processes for clients and the organization
  • Review and revise written materials to meet professional standards
  • Develop financial analysis and models, including business opportunity forecasting
  • Prepare reports and presentations on business research
  • Evaluate and recommend service charge rates
  • Analyze departmental deviations and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Monitor newly mandated activities to ensure adequate financing and service delivery
  • Assist with other projects as needed

Software Documentation:

  • Understand, interpret and document clients' business needs
  • Gather and document Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
  • Improve processes by studying current practices and designing modifications
  • Identify problems and write improved procedures
  • Define project requirements, establish budgets and timelines
  • Monitor project progress and publish progress reports
  • Determine operational objectives and evaluate output requirements
  • Write and maintain user documentation; provide help desk support and training
  • Work with software development teams on professional documentation
  • Ensure business functional requirements, technical specifications, architectural designs, DB documentation, test cases, user manuals, and project reports are properly documented

Requirements

  • Education: HND or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work under pressure; strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Technical Knowledge: Software algorithm design, software design, debugging, testing, development fundamentals, and performance optimization
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail; disciplined and self-motivated with sense of urgency
  • Language: English proficiency required

Salary

NGN 800,000 – 1,200,000 monthly
