Waiter/Waitress

Tatafish Foods is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our hospitality team. You will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience, and support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent service standards
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Ensure dining tables are clean, organised, and properly set before and after service
• Process customer payments and issue receipts where required
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Restock service stations and assist with opening and closing duties
• Perform other duties assigned by the restaurant manager

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, fast-food outlet, or hospitality environment is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, courteous, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic numeracy skills for handling bills and payments

Salary

NGN 70,000 monthly
