Enterprise Sales Executive – Lagos

Cobranet Limited is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to maximize growth
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by strategically managing resources
• Design and implement sales plans that expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through partnership and needs analysis
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to management
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competitive landscape and new products
• Ensure availability of sales equipment and materials
• Provide after-sales support and respond to customer complaints
• Process orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage customer portfolio to maximize relationship-building opportunities
• Communicate delays or issues to clients proactively

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Business Administration or related field (sales/marketing certification is an asset)
• Proven track record as a Sales Representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales from planning to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Project administration experience in the IT sector
• Technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving aptitude and team player mindset
• Commitment to continuous professional development
