About the role

Sales Executive – SENCE Nigeria

Promote and sell premium residential real estate developments, meeting and exceeding monthly targets while building strong client relationships and managing the complete sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell premium residential developments, consistently meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and walk-in conversions
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads from digital campaigns, direct enquiries, and referrals into confirmed property sales
  • Build and actively manage a robust pipeline of qualified buyers and investors using the company's CRM system
  • Actively promote off-plan residential developments to investors, articulating payment plans, project timelines, and delivery standards
  • Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate buyers
  • Represent the company at investor briefings, roadshows, and property exhibitions
  • Conduct structured needs assessments to understand client goals, financial capacity, and investment objectives
  • Conduct professional property presentations, investment briefings, and project tours
  • Organise and coordinate property inspections and site visits with the Project Manager
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation including reservation forms, offer letters, and purchase agreements
  • Follow up diligently with clients on payment schedules, milestones, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and deal progress
  • Monitor real estate market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity in the premium residential segment
  • Share structured market feedback with the Sales Lead and Digital Marketing team
  • Collaborate with external realtors, agents, and brokers to expand market reach

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field
  • Strong understanding of premium residential property markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • CRM system proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up routines
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
  • Market intelligence and competitive analysis capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality in handling client and property information
