Direct Sales Agent – Dominion Merchants and Partners Ltd

We are seeking a Direct Sales Agent to drive loan disbursements and customer acquisition within Nigeria's public sector and paramilitary workforce. You will conduct virtual sales consultations, manage customer portfolios, and ensure compliance with payroll deduction processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and prospect eligible civil servants and paramilitary staff via referrals, unions, and approved digital channels
• Conduct loan consultations via phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom; explain salary loan, quick cash, and salary advance products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and activation targets
• Verify IPPIS/GSIS credentials for civil servants and GIRO mandates for paramilitary payroll deductions
• Liaise with HR, payroll officers, unions, and welfare units for bulk customer onboarding
• Handle customer queries, loan updates, repayments, and complaints
• Cross-sell savings and other microfinance bank (MFB) products
• Update daily records and submit weekly sales and compliance reports
• Maintain data security and productivity while working remotely

Requirements

• Proven sales and business development experience
• Knowledge of salary loan products and public sector payroll systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for financial services
