About the role

Blueprint Shelter is seeking ambitious and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties. You will generate leads, build client relationships, conduct property presentations, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct property presentations and consultations to understand client needs
  • Schedule and coordinate physical and virtual site inspections
  • Follow up on leads and negotiations to convert prospects into buyers
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and company products
  • Represent Blueprint Shelter professionally at marketing events and exhibitions
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
