About the role
Blueprint Shelter is seeking ambitious and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties. You will generate leads, build client relationships, conduct property presentations, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct property presentations and consultations to understand client needs
- Schedule and coordinate physical and virtual site inspections
- Follow up on leads and negotiations to convert prospects into buyers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and company products
- Represent Blueprint Shelter professionally at marketing events and exhibitions
- Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
