Responsibilities

• Identify and engage oil & gas companies, energy service firms, contractors, and operators across Nigeria
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Connect with HR leaders, talent managers, and key decision-makers
• Present tailored recruitment solutions that solve hiring challenges
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Attend industry events and grow strategic relationships within the energy sector

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a client-facing role
• Understanding of Nigeria's oil & gas or broader energy sector
• Proven ability to generate leads and win new business
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with B2B clients and decision-makers
• Existing network within the energy industry is a strong advantage

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 per month
