Technical Trainer

Dana Motors is recruiting a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive technical training to technicians, service advisors, and workshop controllers on the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and proper handling of all Kia models, including Electric Vehicles (EV), Hybrid, and CNG vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
• Train technicians, service advisors, and workshop controllers
• Provide instruction on Kia models including EV, Hybrid, and CNG vehicles
• Facilitate hands-on and theoretical training sessions

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 5–7 years of automotive technical experience
• 2–3 years of technical training experience within an OEM, distributor, dealership, or automotive training institution
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle technology
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with EV, Hybrid, and CNG vehicles
• OEM technical and trainer certifications
