Sales and Marketing Officer

Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Female Sales and Marketing Officer to promote real estate products and services, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's real estate products and services
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate property information
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and marketing documents
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process to closure
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, site inspections, and events
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and persuasion abilities
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Female candidates preferred
