Operations Manger

Sales Force Consulting seeks highly motivated and experienced Female Operations Managers for expansion across multiple departments including Inventory, Sales, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise entire company workflow and ensure deliverables are met
• Establish and implement operating and quality standards
• Supervise and evaluate personnel performance; identify and execute training needs
• Determine necessary resources (workforce, materials, etc.)
• Manage inventory procedures with transparency and comprehensiveness
• Manage customer relationships, ensure quality service delivery, and pursue business development
• Ensure timely financial reporting

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 15 years work experience
• Must be at least 45 years old
• Female candidate only
• Experience in at least one of: Inventory, Sales, Internal Audit, Human Resources, or Accounts
• Currently reside in Iyana-Ipaja, Ikeja, Alimosho LGA, Anambra State, Abuja, or Port Harcourt
• Preferably worked in a key manufacturing company with organized systems
• Hardworking, target-oriented, with high integrity
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, leadership, and business management skills
• Available for virtual or physical interview
