Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of oil mill machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment across multiple South Western locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of oil mill machinery and equipment
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the mill
- Participate in equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis
- Monitor machinery performance and report operational issues
- Assist in ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely
- Support engineering projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity
- Maintain maintenance records and engineering documentation
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance principles, and industrial equipment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate to any of the South Western States listed
- Must be willing to attend practical assessment onsite
Salary
₦290,000 – ₦300,000 per month
