About the role
Area Sales Coordinator
Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Coordinator to drive sales growth, expand distribution channels, and manage field sales operations across Niger State and its surrounding markets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets
- Recruit, manage, and support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Execute market expansion and route-to-market strategies
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely order fulfillment
- Ensure prompt collection of customer payments and compliance with the company's credit policy
- Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of field sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Niger State and surrounding markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in plastic industry
- Knowledge of Hausa language
