About the role

Area Sales Coordinator

Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Coordinator to drive sales growth, expand distribution channels, and manage field sales operations across Niger State and its surrounding markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets
  • Recruit, manage, and support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Execute market expansion and route-to-market strategies
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely order fulfillment
  • Ensure prompt collection of customer payments and compliance with the company's credit policy
  • Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of field sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of Niger State and surrounding markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in plastic industry
  • Knowledge of Hausa language
