Station Manager

Nepal Group is hiring a Station Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Upper Sakponba Road station in Benin, Edo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day station operations
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets
• Ensure accurate stock management and reconciliation of petroleum products
• Supervise station staff, including supervisors, cashiers, and pump attendants
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage cash handling processes and banking activities
• Investigate and report product shortages, losses, or operational discrepancies
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management
• Ensure proper maintenance of station facilities and equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1–3 years of relevant experience

Salary

N250,000 monthly
