Email Deliverability Consultant
An Email Deliverability Consultant is responsible for ensuring that customers of Iterable maximize their email campaign deliverability by providing tools, strategies, and best practices. This role involves monitoring performance, analyzing issues, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth product experiences and increasing ROI.
Responsibilities
- Provide email deliverability consulting services for new and existing customers
- Educate customers on email marketing best practices
- Monitor customer performance using internal metrics and third-party tools
- Partner with support teams to resolve potential issues
- Ensure high-level email campaign deliverability for enterprise clients
- Build relationships through industry groups like MAAWG
- Contribute to blogs and webinars related to email deliverability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years in email deliverability consulting or support
- 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing role at a high-tech or SaaS organization
- Experience with third-party delivery tools (e.g., Validity Everest, eDataSource, Google Postmaster Tools)
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of email delivery systems
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM/GDPR/anti-spam laws
- Excellent communication skills

Salary The US base salary range for this position is $96,500 - $151,000 annually.
