Marketing & Partnership Manager

Parkfirst Integrated Energy is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Partnership Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand visibility, and build strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, financial institutions, and key stakeholders
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products and campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and represent the company at industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, business development, or partnerships, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or technology company (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, partnership management, customer acquisition, and brand strategy
• Proven ability to negotiate, close partnership deals, and drive business growth
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
• High level of creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness
