Quality Management System (QMS) Lead / ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Lead / ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of our Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. This is a key role driving quality excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
• Develop, review, and maintain QMS policies, procedures, work instructions, and related documentation
• Conduct gap assessments, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits across all departments
• Prepare the organization for certification, surveillance, recertification, customer, and other quality-related audits
• Liaise with certification bodies and support successful audit outcomes
• Monitor departmental compliance with ISO requirements and organizational quality procedures
• Track audit findings and ensure timely implementation and closure of corrective actions
• Develop annual quality training plans and present them to Management for approval
• Conduct training needs and competency assessments
• Deliver quality awareness and ISO compliance training across the organization
• Prepare periodic quality performance reports for Management
• Champion continual improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support the organization's transition to the revised ISO 9001 standard upon its official publication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience implementing and managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Proven experience coordinating ISO certification projects and supporting successful certification outcomes
• Demonstrated experience conducting internal quality audits and preparing organizations for surveillance and recertification audits
• Experience developing quality documentation, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, process improvement, risk-based thinking, and audit methodologies
• Excellent report writing, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification is preferred
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification and CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor Certification (or equivalent) are added advantages
• Candidates without a Lead Auditor Certification are encouraged to apply if they possess substantial hands-on experience
