Senior Human Resources Manager

Jafa Foam (Kano) is seeking an experienced and highly competent Senior Human Resources Manager to strengthen its Human Resources function.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and policy development.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
• Provide leadership and people-management support.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of continuous and progressive professional experience in Human Resources Management, with significant experience at a senior management level.
• Must be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, policy development, and Nigerian labour laws.
• Demonstrable leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Hausa and English.
