About the role

Account Partner - EBU Sales

MTN Nigeria is seeking an Account Partner to drive enterprise business growth in Anambra State through strategic account management and corporate sales development.

Responsibilities

  • Increase MTN market share by acquiring new corporate accounts and developing existing ones
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through bill delivery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify new prospects and industry opportunities
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, contractual documentation, and status updates
  • Log, escalate, and troubleshoot customer service requests, queries, and complaints
  • Develop and maintain account development plans aligned with revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • First degree in a related discipline
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related specialization
  • Proven experience working in medium-sized organizations
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Fluent in English
