About the role
Account Partner - EBU Sales
MTN Nigeria is seeking an Account Partner to drive enterprise business growth in Anambra State through strategic account management and corporate sales development.
Responsibilities
- Increase MTN market share by acquiring new corporate accounts and developing existing ones
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through bill delivery
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify new prospects and industry opportunities
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, contractual documentation, and status updates
- Log, escalate, and troubleshoot customer service requests, queries, and complaints
- Develop and maintain account development plans aligned with revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- First degree in a related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related specialization
- Proven experience working in medium-sized organizations
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with others
- Fluent in English
