Compliance Officer

Whitecrust Asset Management is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and support the company's risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely filing of regulatory returns and reports
• Monitor compliance with SEC, NFIU, and other regulatory requirements
• Review KYC documentation and client onboarding processes
• Develop and maintain AML/CFT frameworks and compliance manuals
• Conduct compliance monitoring, investigations, and staff training
• Review operational processes and recommend control improvements
• Liaise with regulators and ensure adherence to internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–3 years compliance experience with a Capital Market Operator
• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance practices
• Understanding of SEC regulations and industry requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
