About the role
Field Sales Executive
Unique Chetason, a fast-growing FMCG marketing and distribution company, is seeking ambitious and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive sales and build customer relationships within assigned territories in Edo State.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct regular field visits, sales calls, and product presentations
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG
- Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Auchi or Ekpoma, Edo State
