About the role

Field Sales Executive

Unique Chetason, a fast-growing FMCG marketing and distribution company, is seeking ambitious and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive sales and build customer relationships within assigned territories in Edo State.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct regular field visits, sales calls, and product presentations
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG
  • Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must reside in or be willing to work in Auchi or Ekpoma, Edo State
