About the role

Customer Service Representative

FMR AGENCY is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess strong problem-solving abilities to deliver outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
  • Update and manage customer data in spreadsheets
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Prepare customer service reports when required

Requirements

Education:

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Customer Service Representative
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and spreadsheet management
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of common office applications

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong command of the English language and good linguistic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
