About the role
Customer Service Representative
FMR AGENCY is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess strong problem-solving abilities to deliver outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
- Update and manage customer data in spreadsheets
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Prepare customer service reports when required
Requirements
Education:
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Customer Service Representative
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and spreadsheet management
- Computer literate with good knowledge of common office applications
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of the English language and good linguistic skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
