About the role

Digital Marketer

Hospital For Trauma and Surgery is seeking a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow communities across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
  • Create visually appealing graphics and edit engaging video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and drive sales
  • Manage product listings on website and third-party e-commerce platforms with SEO optimization
  • Design and deploy weekly newsletters and promotional emails
  • Monitor and report on web traffic, social media engagement, and ad campaign ROI weekly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Content Creator, or similar role
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, CapCut)
  • Experience with ad managers (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sales-driven copywriting ability
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
  • B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in tech/retail industry is a plus
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are an advantage
