As we scale, we are looking for high-energy, articulate, and tech-savvy NYSC Corps Members to join our Customer Success team. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: No Experience Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: User Support : Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with empathy, speed, and clarity. Product Demos & Presentations : Conduct virtual or in-person walk-throughs and presentations of our software for new users and clients. Troubleshooting : Act as the bridge between our users and the product team, identifying bugs and suggesting feature improvements. Onboarding : Guide new customers through their initial setup to ensure they get the maximum value from our tech. Requirements: Minimum qualification of BSC.
