Security Supervisor

Responsible for maintaining effective physical security across the estate, supervising security personnel, and ensuring proper deployment and coverage. This role involves identifying security risks, liaising with authorities, and submitting reports on security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain effective physical security across the estate.
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel and ensure proper deployment and coverage.
• Identify security risks and recommend appropriate measures to prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism, and other incidents.
• Assist the CSO in implementing security procedures and overseeing security operations.
• Work with management to identify and prioritise security needs in line with available resources and company directives.
• Liaise with the police, local security agencies, and other relevant authorities when necessary.
• Monitor access points, conduct regular patrols, and ensure proper access control within the estate.
• Maintain records of security incidents and submit timely reports to management.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
