Janchine Nigeria Limited is seeking a professional and reliable Pool Car Driver to transport executives and assigned passengers safely to offices, meetings, airports, events, and other destinations.

Responsibilities

• Drive executives and passengers safely to offices, meetings, airports, events, and other destinations
• Plan routes ahead of time, monitor traffic, and ensure punctual arrival
• Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, serviced, and in good working condition; report faults promptly
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, water, battery, fuel level, and safety features)
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct; be polite, respectful, and calm with executives, clients, and visitors
• Maintain confidentiality of conversations, documents, locations, schedules, and business information
• Stay alert to suspicious situations and follow company/executive security instructions
• Know major roads, business districts, airports, hotels, hospitals, and alternative routes
• Assist passengers with doors, luggage, documents, and comfort
• Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel purchases, servicing, repairs, and vehicle expenses
• Comply with all traffic laws, speed limits, road signs, and parking rules
• Be available and flexible for work outside normal hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, official trips)
• Know basic first aid and emergency procedures; respond appropriately to accidents, breakdowns, or medical emergencies
• Ensure driver's licence, insurance, roadworthiness certificate, vehicle papers, and company permits are valid
• Represent the organization with courtesy and professionalism

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong time management and route planning ability
