Marketing and Sales Manager

Castel Resources Consultancy Limited is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities
• Develop and manage the marketing budget while maximizing ROI
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to support business development initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
• Experience with social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
