About the role

CIG Motors is hiring a Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments. You'll manage the complete sales cycle, build customer relationships, and represent the brand at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell CIG Motors vehicles to individual, corporate, and government customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
  • Represent CIG Motors at exhibitions, roadshows, and trade fairs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience in automobile sales
  • Demonstrated success in B2C, B2B, and/or B2G sales
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
