About the role
CIG Motors is hiring a Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments. You'll manage the complete sales cycle, build customer relationships, and represent the brand at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell CIG Motors vehicles to individual, corporate, and government customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Develop long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
- Represent CIG Motors at exhibitions, roadshows, and trade fairs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in automobile sales
- Demonstrated success in B2C, B2B, and/or B2G sales
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
