Human Resource Analyst
FCSL is seeking an HR Analyst with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field to support HR operations and administration.
Responsibilities
- Support compensation, benefits, payroll, statutory remittances, and HRIS administration
- Coordinate training, onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and HR projects
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential, audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' HR experience
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
