About the role
Customer Experience Representative
Oriki is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join their team across multiple Lagos locations. You'll be the face of the brand, handling customer-centric operations, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional service in a spa environment.
Responsibilities
Operations & Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and manage all customer-centric processes
- Take calls and manage bookings with timely adherence to appointments
- Welcome clients warmly and thank them professionally upon departure
- Advise clients on products and services, suggesting effective solutions
- Maintain highest standards of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
- Engage clients on topics related to their interests where appropriate
- Maintain product awareness for promotion and selling of Oriki products
- Attend and participate in all general and team meetings
- Assist in evaluating potential team members and onboarding new staff
- Adhere to work schedule, demonstrate good ethics, teamwork, and support colleagues
- Report unwanted client actions to management
Spa Management
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, and safety regulations
- Ensure all lights and devices are switched off at end of business
- Ensure all doors are properly locked at end of business
- Properly care for front desk equipment and devices
Sales of Products & Services
- Promote and recommend Oriki products and services in a friendly, informed manner
- Upsell and cross-sell during bookings and in-spa interactions
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently
- Record all sales accurately and support daily retail reporting
- Keep retail shelves tidy, stocked, and visually appealing
Professional Appearance
- Adhere to high professional image standards including dress code and uniform maintenance
- Maintain top-notch personal hygiene and appropriate use of deodorants and perfumes
- Maintain professional language and lifestyle
