Benefits Operations Specialist - AMER

Remote is looking for a Benefits Operations Specialist to join their EOR (Employer of Record) Operations team. This role involves providing support to employees and clients regarding benefits, managing benefits plans, processing tickets, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide delightful support to Employees and Clients re: Benefits in multiple areas
• Manage benefits plans key attributes, including pricing, coverage and claims
• Handle benefits plans enrolment and unenrollment
• Manage benefits invoicing / billing
• Interact with Benefits Remote platform and vendors’ platforms
• Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/email
• Execute data-related tasks with care and precision
• Help define and execute Standard Operating Procedures
• Work closely with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and deliver solutions
• Maintain operations process documents and look for automation opportunities
• Constantly research and distill written knowledge in Notion
• Be able to go from “scout to scale” and get things done
• Champion Remote's values and Benefits team's goals

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits ideally in the context of delivering US PEO services
• Obsessed with providing an excellent customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask across various tech tools
• Fluent in English
• Considered a plus if you have experience working remotely
• Embraces AI and automation to work more efficiently
