Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee the reconciliation and documentation of all funds collected by our deposit mobilizers. The ideal candidate will ensure that all retrieved funds are accurately confirmed, properly documented, and seamlessly updated in our financial systems to maintain absolute financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of all funds collected by deposit mobilizers against field reports and system logs.
• Verify and confirm the exact amount of cash/digital funds retrieved from deposit mobilizers before vaulting or banking.
• Ensure meticulous updating and proper documentation of all collected monies, keeping ledger accounts precise and audit-ready.
• Promptly investigate, flag, and resolve any variances between mobilizer collections, field reports, and physical cash or bank deposits.
• Prepare regular reports on collection trends, mobilizer performance, and reconciliation statuses for management review.
