About the role

Technical Assistant to the Chief Development Officer (CDO)

Sundry Markets Limited seeks a Technical Assistant to the Chief Development Officer to provide comprehensive technical, analytical, and operational support across the Development Division. You will drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making across property acquisition, project delivery, asset management, facilities management, quality systems, and ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical and analytical support, executive briefings, and deliverable tracking for the CDO
  • Oversee project lifecycles from design through completion, including BOQ and drawing reviews
  • Manage technical fit-out coordination (HVAC, MEP, IT systems) for project readiness
  • Monitor facilities maintenance performance, infrastructure reliability, and customer experience metrics
  • Analyze site data and acquisition pipelines to support property acquisition and regional expansion
  • Collaborate on asset tracking and ensure alignment between procurement and finance teams
  • Develop project and facility dashboards; generate actionable insights through data analytics and reporting
  • Authorize Standard Operating Procedures and workflows aligned with ISO Quality Management Systems
  • Support ERP system implementation, process automation, and data structure optimization
  • Manage internal documentation systems and institutional knowledge workflows
  • Act as a liaison between operational teams, finance, and technical departments
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • NYSC completion or exemption certificate required
  • 5–8 years of experience in projects, facilities, or property management
  • Strong strategic thinking and technical acumen
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process development
  • ERP systems thinking and exposure preferred
  • Professional certifications (relevant to the role) are advantageous
