Human Resources Officer at Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (ITMB)

Responsibilities: Managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the recruitment and development of staff.

Requirements:

• First degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 4 - 6 years relevant HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act, PENCOM, NHF and PAYE requirements.
• Strong Excel and HR information system skills.
• Good written communication, discretion with confidential information, and attention to detail.
