Customer Experience & Operations Executive

We are hiring a Customer Experience & Operations Executive to join our team at the Lekki Axis location. This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales, and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and manage sales
• Handle WhatsApp and social media enquiries
• Create engaging content
• Support inventory and daily store operations
• Deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements

• OND/HND qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Retail, Sales, or Customer Service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Salary

₦200,000/Month
