About the role
Odixcity Consulting, an international HR consulting and procurement firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support operations in Port Harcourt. This full-time, on-site role requires industry experience within oil & gas or construction sectors and the ability to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports, and memos; maintain organized filing systems
- Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and vehicle logistics for personnel
- Assist Project Managers with site documentation, contractor tracking, and procurement records
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory with timely replenishment
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project schedules
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant in Oil & Gas or Construction industry
- Must be based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate immediately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Willing to attend a physical interview in Port Harcourt
- Willing to travel to project sites when required
Salary N250,000 monthly
