Operations Supervisor

Fleximotion Limited is hiring a proactive Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations for riders and drivers, oversee fleet operations, and ensure smooth delivery and ride-hailing services across Lagos Mainland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operator briefings and confirm bike/battery readiness
• Monitor operator movements and resolve delivery or payment issues
• Manage vehicles, EV batteries, and operational kits; raise maintenance needs early
• Reconcile POS and transfer payments daily
• Liaise with Local Government agencies and law enforcement officers
• Submit daily reports on deliveries, revenue, incidents, attendance, and performance
• Enforce minimum daily trip targets and ensure policy compliance
• Support rider coaching, discipline, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum HND qualification in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with delivery apps, navigation, POS, and basic reporting
• Must be a Lagos Mainland resident, preferably near Surulere axis

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada, or dispatch operations

Working Conditions

• Full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible hours as operators work early and late)
• Weekends and holidays may apply
• Onsite work in Lagos Mainland
