Restaurant Supervisor (Yaba Outlet)

We are looking for a highly responsible, fast-thinking, and disciplined Restaurant Supervisor to manage our Yaba outlet. The role involves overseeing the total performance of the outlet, including sales, production, hygiene, team supervision, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations across sales and kitchen
• Maintain fast and efficient turnaround time between sales and production
• Prevent delays, backlog, or service breakdown
• Ensure all meals are prepared correctly, consistently, and on time
• Enforce portion control, quality standards, and presentation
• Minimize wastage
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in both front and back ends
• Drive daily sales targets and ensure efficient handling of walk-in and online orders
• Supervise staff and enforce discipline
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
• Prepare daily reports (sales, stock, issues) and monitor stock usage

Requirements

• Diploma/OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
• 2–4 years experience in QSR, restaurant, or retail supervision
• Strong leadership and operational control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside around Yaba (or nearby area)
