Senior Accountant

Redus Center for Digestive Health is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead financial management, regulatory compliance, investor readiness, and business expansion planning. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking finance professional capable of driving financial excellence and supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial governance and reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling
• Monitor corporate valuation, asset depreciation, and financial performance
• Ensure full compliance with financial, tax, and healthcare regulations
• Serve as liaison with FIRS, LIRS, FRC, auditors, and relevant regulatory bodies
• Lead annual audits and risk management initiatives
• Maintain investor-ready financial records and compliance documentation
• Develop feasibility studies, CapEx projections, and ROI analyses
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for management and investors
• Supervise finance and billing teams
• Strengthen internal controls and revenue management processes
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce revenue leakage

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• MBA or Master's in Corporate Finance (advantageous)

Professional Certifications:

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA

Experience:

• 6–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or strategic finance role
• Strong background in tax compliance, regulatory engagement, and financial modeling
• Healthcare sector experience (advantageous)
