About the role

High Value Sales Lead (HNI Sales)

SunFi Technology Limited is seeking a High Value Sales Lead to drive customer acquisition and conversion for High Networth Individuals (HNI) and SMEs with purchasing power of 10 million Naira and above. You will be the primary point of contact for the Concierge referral and outbound sales channel, responsible for closing deals, onboarding customers, and ensuring exceptional service experiences that drive referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and convert High Networth Individuals into paying SunFi customers
  • Manage outbound customer acquisition and conversion processes directly or through partners
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous customer acquisition and positive experiences
  • Serve as the first point of contact for SunFi's onboarding customers
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication
  • Lead and manage the SunFi Concierge Team, including performance reviews and team development
  • Partner with User Services, Technology, People Operations, and Finance teams to ensure operational efficiency
  • Establish, track, and monitor KPIs for sales performance
  • Develop close relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders of designated clients
  • Drive business targets and proactively address challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain customer accounts
  • Promote new SunFi offerings and assist with business implementation
  • Support recruitment, management, mentorship, and development of team members
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with team members focusing on relationship-building
  • Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports on performance and strategy
  • Communicate key customer feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
