Lily Hospitals Limited is recruiting for an Internal Audit Associate. This role involves conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIA) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
