About the role

Customer Service Representative

Luzoma Microsystems Limited is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant databases
  • Process customer requests, orders, and follow-ups
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Prepare periodic customer service reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
  • 1–5 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
