About the role
Customer Service Representative
Luzoma Microsystems Limited is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Maintain customer records and update relevant databases
- Process customer requests, orders, and follow-ups
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Prepare periodic customer service reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
- 1–5 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
