Sales Team Lead (Loan and Investment)

Rosabon Financial Services is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive the sales of salary loan and investment products while leading and motivating a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring strong team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives
• Drive the sales of salary loan and investment products to individual and corporate clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners
• Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in loan sales, investment sales, banking, or financial services
• Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is required
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Candidates with existing corporate networks will have an added advantage
