About the Role
Conclase Consulting is seeking a driven Tech Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close deals across our service portfolio. This is a performance-based role ideal for sales professionals motivated by targets and rewards.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
- Promote Conclase's technology consulting, talent outsourcing, corporate training, and software development services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent Conclase at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

- Revenue Generated
- New Clients Acquired

- Proposal-to-Closure Conversion Rate
- Client Retention & Repeat Business
- Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
- Strong network within the corporate ecosystem (highly desirable)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Core competencies: Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Negotiation & Closing, Relationship Management, Presentation & Communication Skills, Proposal Development, CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
Experience with technology solutions or professional services is an advantage.
