About the Role

Conclase Consulting is seeking a driven Tech Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close deals across our service portfolio. This is a performance-based role ideal for sales professionals motivated by targets and rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Promote Conclase's technology consulting, talent outsourcing, corporate training, and software development services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent Conclase at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue Generated
  • New Clients Acquired
  • Qualified Leads Generated
  • Proposal-to-Closure Conversion Rate
  • Client Retention & Repeat Business
  • Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
  • Strong network within the corporate ecosystem (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Core competencies: Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Negotiation & Closing, Relationship Management, Presentation & Communication Skills, Proposal Development, CRM & Sales Pipeline Management

Experience with technology solutions or professional services is an advantage.
