Sales Team Lead (Loan and Investment)

Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is a leading non-banking financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm in Nigeria. They are recruiting for a Sales Team Lead (Loan and Investment) to lead their sales team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for loans and investments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
