Sales Agent - Female Preferred

A Sales Agent is responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities, managing prospective clients throughout the entire sales journey, and contributing directly to membership and revenue growth. This role involves actively pursuing leads, understanding client needs, conducting facility tours, presenting services and membership offerings, managing follow-ups, and confidently closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries through multiple channels.
• Proactively contact and qualify prospective clients.
• Present memberships, services, and wellness offerings in a compelling manner.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying members.
• Conduct structured and timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct professional and engaging facility tours.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Support outreach initiatives targeting corporate organizations and other audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Proficient in English.

Salary ₦300,000 Monthly + Performance-Based Commission
